Kathy’s Fudge
1 - 12 ounce package chocolate chips plus part of a second package (up to 18 ounces) Microwave: Combine chocolate chips and condensed milk in a microwave-safe container and cook on high. Stir until chips melt or return to microwave for extra time. Stir until mixture is smooth. Stir in flavorings and your choice of nuts, coconut, raisins, rice crispies, etc. Spread evenly into wax paper-lined 8 or 9 inch square pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board, peel off wax paper and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature. Warning – This is addictive. |
